Damn, called out by Dominic Monaghan. (There’s some shit in the middle I didn’t post where people yell at/make fun of him and he essentially says “it’s never okay”, questions what kind of screwed up headspace you would have to be in to fangirl over someone who beats women and says “it’s very hard to sue someone for speaking the truth”.)
To give context, Matthew Fox was accused of battery last summer, and his general reputation is sort of as being a sleazebag, but there’s never been an outright statement that this is a recurring incident.
His response to Miss Vamp wins.
DOM ROCKS!!!!!!!

How much does Saudi Arabia hate women? So much so that 15 girls died in a school fire in Mecca in 2002, after “morality police” barred them from fleeing the burning building — and kept firefighters from rescuing them — because the girls were not wearing headscarves and cloaks required in public. And nothing happened. No one was put on trial. Parents were silenced.

This year we saw many hilarious performances by women, and many idiotic articles from men about how women suddenly became funny. Yes, imagine how great ‘The Mary Tyler Moore Show’ would have been had Mary, Betty White, Cloris Leachman, and Valerie Harper actually been funny. If only Lucille Ball, Carol Burnett, Gilda Radner, and Julia Louis-Dreyfus had been able to get a laugh. I guess what I’m saying is, this isn’t the year that women finally became funny. This is the year that men finally pulled their heads out of their asses.

All the feminism on the internet spoils me because as soon as i go outside i have to be around people who find kitchen jokes funny.
